We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) Internal Medicine Practice that has the goal of greatly reducing the cost of great healthcare. We believe whole heartedly that good health stands on a solid foundation that patients build with their Primary Care Doctor. With our practice you have access to establish and maintain great health with our physicians. We are always looking for ways to expand our practice to offer more and more services. We have recently expanded to include weight loss & aesthetics with cutting edge technology from Sciton and SkinPen.

Conventional Model

Services usually are billed at the highest rate possible to maximize reimbursement from insurance companies

The monthly membership covers your office visits for primary care. Fees for labs, imaging, OMT, aesthetics, and minor procedures are offered to our members for an additional cost.

Primary Care Member Pricing
$150 per month
$175 one time enrollment fee

Primary Care Non-Member Pricing
$400 per visit includes one follow up visit to discuss testing results, each additional encounter assessed the non-member fee.

Included in Membership:
Preventative Health and Annual Physical Exams

Examples include, but not limited to: comprehensive yearly physical exam, gynecological exams, pre-operative physicals/clearance, work/school physicals
Annual age & risk based screenings
Smoking cessation
Family planning counseling
Noninvasive contraceptive management

Chronic Disease Management

Examples include, but not limited to: diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, hormonal imbalance, low libido, asthma, COPD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, headaches, PCOS
Medication reconciliations
Coordinating care with specialists when necessary

Acute Care

Same or next day appointment (in person or telemedicine)
Examples include, but not limited to: colds, respiratory tract infections, viral illnesses, UTI, sprains, STDs, rashes, gastroenteritis
Minor procedures if indicated

Not included, but covered by patient insurance

Routine blood work*
Testing/imaging when appropriate*

*We have contracted with imaging centers and labs to offer cash price options at significant savings
